Strictly Follow these 8 Steps to Control Coronavirus in India | Video

Hi guys, today is March 10th, 2020. More than 110000 persons have been infected with the coronavirus. 4000 people have lost their lives, and now that the disease has spread to other parts of the world including India, Where close to 50 persons have been infected. It is high time that we take the preventive measures and follow them regularly. So, in this video I am going to tell you 9 ways, 9 preventive and precautionary methods that you should make a checklist of and keep it with you and follow it regularly. #1 Avoid visiting crowded places such as shopping malls, marriage parties, festivals fairs and treats even if you are not having a fever called or any other symptoms. You might be at risk of catching the infection from another person.


#2. If you have a cold, cough or a fever, make sure that you cover your nose and mouth when you’re coughing or sneezing. If you don’t have a handkerchief or a towel with you, make sure that you cover your face and mouth with your hands or your elbow, and when you use your hands to cover your face and mouth, make sure that you wash it.

#3. Wash your hands with soap and water very frequently and regularly. Make sure that you are cleaning all parts of your hands and that you are washing your hands for at least 20 seconds. You can also use alcohol-containing sanitizers, hand lotions, alcohol rubs, hand rubs and make sure that these contain at least 60 percentage of alcohol. Soap, detergents, alcohol and all these preparations are capable of killing the coronavirus.

#4. Be aware of your hands. Make a habit of not touching your face, your eyes, your nose, your mouth with your own hands, your own fingers, don’t bite your nails. This is one of the main route how the virus enters into our body. If you can keep a control on that, you can make sure that you are preventing yourself from the coronavirus. Be more mindful when you are in a public place, when you are using public transport. Because that’s when you touch the handrails, the handles, the doorknobs, and these articles and objects might contain the virus.

#5. If you have any symptoms like fever, cold or cough, whether it be coronavirus infection or not, just take leave from your work. Majority of the persons who catches a coronavirus infection is going to get healed all by themselves within one week. You might also actually survive it, but if you are not taking leave from your work and if you are traveling, if you are visiting public places, you can transmit the virus to a vulnerable person who can get the infection, and in that person complications might develop. You don’t need to be doing that. So please take leave from your work and do not send your children if they have a common cold infection or an upper respiratory tract infection to their schools. Let the infection run its course, it will pass off in a week’s time and then you can go to work.

#6. Clean your smartphones or mobile phones regularly and frequently with an alcohol containing solution. You carry your mobile phones everywhere you go. You are at more risk if you use public transport, if you can clean the door handles, the doorknobs, the handrails, it will be better! You will be protecting others also. But your safety comes first and for that you should be cleaning your mobile phones, and if you have a cold or cuff you should be cleaning and disinfecting all articles that you use commonly in your household. So that others do not get the infection when they come in contact or when they touch those articles that you’ve used.

#7. Face masks, even if you get hold on to a face mask make sure that you using the face mask properly, don’t touch the outside of the mask, don’t remove it frequently and then reapply it. Don’t touch your face through the mask and frequently change the mask every six to eight hours, and lastly

#8. If you are searching for masks with a plan to buy it, you should be better off searching for respirators. Because ordinary soft surgical masks is not going to protect you from getting an infection, on the other hand it is going to protect others if you have an infection by preventing the spraying of the droplets from your mouth and your nose to the air Surrounding you.

N95 masks or respirators are very effective in protecting against virus particles. but when you are choosing these N95 masks make sure that you choose reputed brands such as 3M. Beware of the scams where sellers online are listing ordinary soft surgical masks and dust masks as N95 respirators. So read the reviews and make sure that you are getting the original thing. Even if you are getting good quality N95 masks, you will not be able to wear them for 24 hours. Because they tend to decrease the content of oxygen in the air you inhale.

So, maximum you can use these N95 masks also for 6 to 8 hours only. So these were the 9 points that is going to protect you from coronavirus.
